If I get gold rating the game says I've done enough. You don't have to stay either, you know. I'll circle back at the last minute if it seems the fate isn't being completed, but otherwise I'll move onto the next one.

So you only come back is they all leave. How often does that happen? Lets me honest you go and let other finish the job. How about you actually contribute to the entire fate like others do.

AIMO this is SE fault. The moment you go far away or have to desync your progress should be removed.

Oddly enough they did just that in Hydatos with Ovni after people were leaving early. Anyone not in the fate circle when the fate ended did not get the portal buff which could also be done with experience/drops.
