    I'd wager you're talking mostly about Roegadyn, whose native language (or at least the Sea Wolf naming conventions) seem to take cues from Welsh. Welsh looks strange if you don't know the language ("prince" translates to "tywysog," for example).

    Just about every in-game culture seems to draw inspiration from from a real world culture, language included, so it's just a matter of figuring that out.
