I like that the story will stay a requirement, though. In terms of Alliance Raids, what's up with making the old ones so easy? Is that the right message to send to the player for 70 levels (I loved how ShB actually started teaching players mechanics). Or why content is so throwaway. Or what the thought process behind the homogenisation was and if they feel they overdid it.

The interview was okay but not really -that- interesting.

Yeah, relic, but not necessarily a new exploration zone like Eureka and Bozja. In fact, even if we know another like it is coming next expansion, we still won't be able to predict a patch for it like we can for raid and alliance raid. But who knows, this kind of content (and Ultimate) could become a core content and have fixed patch release within an expansion.

If we got another relic grind sooner, but it was just the same kind of thing as ARR/HW's relic grind I don't think people would be satisfied.

They started that process by releasing that race as is. I didn't force them them to coincide their release with ShB.

Uncomfortable questions like the ever increasing technical hang ups the game possesses and its impact on the game.

Questions like what the future of job gameplay looks like, especially concerning healers.

Questions like what 6.0 holds for viera and hrothgars. Will they get their opposite genders? Will Hrothgar players continue to buy fantasia just for changing heads/hairstyles? Will Viera finally get their "unique" hairstyles that was said that would get implemented in future patch cycles? Or at least get access to the new hairs that were released up to now.

You kno, questions that SE and/or Yoshida have been pretty to tight lipped about.

Of the questions you listed, the only one that will most likely be given a proper response is Hrothgar manes not requiring a Fantasia to change (Bozjan NPC's have manes to faces that shouldn't have access to them). Everything else will most likely be met with a "wait for Fan Fest" or what has been said already in the past (regarding the missing genders). Basically waste of time questions.

I wish we'd gotten some questions about the state of healers, their design and what they intend to do with them for 6.0.

One must consider the proposed audience before accusing an interviewer of "not asking the right|relevant|interesting|gotcha questions"

The interviewer was interested in the process of creating content, not in grilling the producer about perceived failings in the game. The questions and answers were on-point for the topic, and provided some interesting information about process rather than gameplay.

Of course some of the more veteran players on this forum don't think it provides any "new" information. Then again, not everyone who reads this article has been playing the game for the past 6+ years.

They learned not to corner themselves with any promises because of the community as this Veira thing is the last straw.
You just need to get over with it.

I might be weird, but that was the type of grind I liked. It kept me logging in most days.

These poor, poor corporations. If only I hadn't forced them. Sigh. I swear I won't do it again.

What was I thinking believing that a new race wouldn't need real money to change a haircut. Naughty! Hope they add even more hair options to the other races to teach me a lesson. ;D Who needs iconic gear like the RDM hat anyway.

Honestly, at this point I got used to no head gear (still very shitty) but at least give us hair.
