Ishgard Restoration phase 3 feedback thread

I got rank 12 just barely made it and do have some feedback on this. I was able to compete due to my work being closed due to the west coast wild fires the smoke levels in town were unhealthy to go outside so my work stayed closed for 2 weeks. This left me the chance to stay home and craft. If I didn't randomly get this time off from work due to a natural disaster there is no way I would of got in the top 12.

I feel like the ranking system encourages unhealthy game play and incentivizes people to play FFXIV all day and do nothing but craft to place in the top 12 if you are going for it. For this week and a half of the ranking I only eat and slept otherwise I was crafting on FFXIV. Basically had to ignore what friends wanted to do tell them I have to craft during this time period.

Changes I would make would be:
-Have a daily ranking system and have it run for a month. You can get top 12, or top 100 title each day.
-People who have already got the title/achievement for the current phase will not be counted as part of the top 12 to give other people a chance to get it.

This would let more people get the title and you wouldn't have to spend all your time crafting for a whole week and a half.

That would mean there could be 360 different people for top 12. At this rate you could just hand out the title and achievement to everyone for free.
