    If you want to upgrade nm gear, there should be a quest for that. Instead of changing the nm itself, or the content physically, they should add ways to upgrade the gear when the population has largely outgrown that, but still leave it open for the occasional newbie to grab.

    XI has just refixed this problem, would not like to see XIV go through this when it does level cap.
