I think there's fair points on both sides. Some people don't care about MSQ or Normal and are fine zerging through it to reach Savage day 1, because Savage is what they look forward to. Others love experiencing the story while also being fully prepared, with no pressure. They aren't going to quit their static over it if they have a good static, but they still don't enjoy it. Both sides don't understand why the other is making a fuss, because we all have different preferences and some things can mean more to others.

Another option could be to stagger the crafted gear, food and pots 1-2 weeks. Tbh crafted gear is in a strange spot right now anyway, it's way too easy to get and beats almost everything below Savage. It's lost whatever purpose it had.

The thing is for the turns 2/3 and 4 you need a higher ilvl than your actual BIS . The next savage tier ilvl is going to be 500/505/510/510 . Hardcore static can probably clear the first 3 without problem with 500 ilvl , but not sure for the 4 if it have a dps check like shiva.

Well, then it becomes more important to make the best use of your Normal and turn 1-3 gear and the dps checks are that much tighter week 1, rather than shoving a 510 pentamelded set on your entire team right away. I don't think the higher requirements mean we have to be given access to crafted gear immediately.
