Um the Peacock outfit is neutral gender, in fact, many of the outfits are neutral gender, the ones that have female only with a male corresponding usually are found in the exchange vendor.

this is false. while the peacock robe might be unisex (i honestly have no idea) the majority of mog station outfits are gender locked and separate, meaning you have to buy both sets if you change your gender. and no, for mog station outfits, you cannot exchange, other than the wedding outfits.
