What Weapon would a Chemist use?

They could make the apothecary gun a pistol as opposed to a rifle and that could be enough to easily differentiate them. Or if daggers, it could simply be one dagger in hand as opposed to dual wielding them like rogue/ninja

Yes, however that's not going to happen. I think people are forgetting that the weapons that these jobs have correspond to that job. Giving a Chemist a Gun or Dagger would be weird. You have to consider what animations they would even come up with that a Chemist would use that would utilize a Gun or Dagger to heal people, etc. So Vials would be the thing to come to mind because it's a chemist. They deal with potions.
