    Exactly. There's no good point as to why it's even necessary. Just as there was no good reason for the fatigue system. Here's another real-life scenario for you: Person A works for his money and is paid well. Person B lives on welfare because they either cannot find work or would rather live off the government, sucking away at person A's efforts.
