And the timing of GCD's in this game allows for 2+ second reprieve between actions that causes a lower impact on the hands. That isn't to say there aren't people out there for whom even that isn't painful. But for me personally I can do Savage just fine because it's a dance. I know when to press my buttons, know I can let my hands rest between casts, and as a SCH while there is oGCD weaving to be done it isn't so monumentally overwhelming that I don't get those brief moments of respite that add up over the course of a night. Still need to brace my hands with athletics tape and maybe pop a pain killer on particularly bad nights, but unlike this QTE I don't need to stop playing afterward to recuperate.
Honestly incidents like this make me wish more gaming companies had people who experience chronic pain of some variety in their quality control process. Because this should have been an easy catch and thus could have been fixed with one of the many suggestions that have been tossed around in this thread.
