17 hours in on a dps job and I am up to patch 2.2. Quests have been removed or the requirements have been greatly reduced. Flying after 2.0 makes doing the post quests super fast. Oh I almost forgot the vesper bay aetheryte tickets which are a godsend. Instant port to waking sands. They intended to streamline the ARR experience and succeeded in every way possible. I had to go back and run the crystal tower series this week, and the only reason it was quick was because there were many others in the same situation running the raids, so there was very little wait. If I had run them at the end of whatever exp they belonged to a few months ago, it probably would have taken hours for groups to form.

Going to be honest, CT is almost a given on Roulette. By far one of the easiest roulettes to get a DPS needed bonus.

I just don't do Alliance Roulette most of the time because the CT raids are so dull.

Of course, whenever I decide to jump in for a quick easy run for the hell of it, I get Orbonne Monastery or Copied Factory. Eh, it is what it is.

I've been doing them lately for getting the easy poetics for the new relics. There's invariably a new person in there so with the bonus it adds up quickly. But yes, I got Orbonne today. Most commonly it is the second CT one which is also the most straightforward one so it all balances out in the end.

I agree forcing the Crystal Tower raid series is a mistake.
