It's the Alchemical symbol for the Sun/Gold in real life. (The rest of the convocation stones have real world constellations on them as well, as explored earlier.) Which ties into Urianger's theory that Azem, the Fourteenth seat's name, basically inspired the worship of Azeyma and Azim back on Hydaelyn.
