    When i was still fresh to the game and very naive(it was 2014 i think) i reported and blacklisted every RMT i see. Over the years i saw many notes about bans. But guess what? All those fifty RMT in my blacklist are still present. All of them.

    Banned accounts don't have characters deleted. You have a bunch of characters that haven't been used in 6 years on your blacklist
