It's not a rated M game. The parent did their job. Now, it is up to both SE and the community to make sure it is appropriate for teens. Most parents would be fine with the actual content of FFXIV.

If you can't figure out how to avoid ERPing with minors, then you should not do it. Don't do it with people you don't know.

Adult jokes exist in kids cartoons as well. It's not an invitation to advertise ERP or ERP with minors.

Just because the game is rated teen doesn't mean anything when its a MMO.
It just means people that age group is old enough to view what the game depicts.
You're taking the game rating WAY too literal.

And yes I will keep blaming the parents.
The reason why so many teenagers do the dumb stuff over the net is because they basically have free reign, unsupervised ability to do w/e they want because most parents don't really care what they're doing online as long as its not IRL.
And when something bad happens, its often too late.

Its a parent job to protect their kid and if you know they're easily influenced, lured, a follower; maybe they shouldn't let their kid play a MMO?

Parents have a lot of tools to prevent these things but they don't do it and rather just blame someone else.
Like letting their kids play GTA5 and then get mad at rockstar for why their kid cusses like a sailor.
