Clemency would absolutely need to be adjusted if Savage solo content were to be introduced.

I don't think Clemency would need to be adjusted. Solo Savage content should have strict DPS requirements by role; a PLD spamming Clemency would never clear it.

Savage level content requires teamwork. Which requires giving and receiving advice. It's not for you. Besides, giving advice to improve skill level is incredibly rude and as long as we clear the content with at least 1 second left, I can just go through pressing 1 or 2 buttons and be hard carried. Hey, we cleared right?



What difficult 4 man content is there in WoW?

WoW has Mythic+ dungeons, though I guess those are technically 5 player.
