There is no equivalent because men and women are not the same thing.
Men by nature will be portrayed as rugged and more beastly, while women are portrayed beautifully sexy.

The problem is not that there aren't male bosses, the problem is that you think males and females are supposed to dress and look the same, or be presented the same way.
The nature of the genders will never change, as much as you want to make a cat look like a dog it will still be a cat. Exceptions exceptions, exceptions exist of course in real life and in the game.
