Most of those jobs should be pretty good for you. The only one I'd question is MCH. It's not totally mashy, but has some really mashy windows which might cause a problem depending on how severe your issue is. Personally I stay away from range jobs except for casual fun.

Honestly all of those you mentioned should be fine. You might see a littttttle lost damage from RDM, but really it's nothing major. True North should be up often enough for any time you absolutely need to land a positional. That'll probably just be preference. RDM has casts, DRG has animation lock, and SAM has a lot of buttons, but easily has the most available cap opener/closer. You might have to just try them all depending on what you like.

Personally I like DRG. Evasive jump is a little wonky, but you can use it to get back into the fray pretty easily.

Unfortunately the best jobs for uptime worry are the ranged dps, and I find those kinda hard on the hands. Of those, DNC is the best with En Avant allowing you easily avoid AoEs as long as you don't find yourself dashing right into another one or off the stage entirely.

If you have a good memory and are willing and able to learn the fights to know them like the inside of your pocket: BLM - knowing the fight inside out should allow you to time your movement-skills (Triple-cast, atherial manipulation, Between the Lines) in such a way that your dps-loss should be minimal. And during no-movement-time BLM has the lowest apm, as already mentioned.

If thats not possible for you, I'll circle back to RDM - with basically constant dualcast you can move more freely, while still enjoying one of the lower apms.

I would stay away from the three range jobs (unless you really want to, in which case I would recommend dancer - stay away from MCN for sure, bard can be... dodgy) and I cant say much about melees.

I would strongly advice that you take the advice to adjust your general hardware setting to accomodate you best, though! There are several options for mice (...is the plural for the computer-mouse computer-mice?), keyboards etc. out there.
It might also be a good idea to find a nice and understanding static if you really want to get into endgame instead of relying on pugs or going for hardcore-world-first-progression.
What I'm trying to say is: At the end of the day its not just picking the lowest apm-job that matters to take strain of your hands, your circumstances matter aswell. And those you can influence - maybe even to a degree that will allow you to pick a job with a slightly higher apm, but more fun-potential in the end!
