Hardcore is not related to the time you play but the kind of content you play. Savage is by definition what we call an hardcore content. As soon as you invest time to clear them, you are part of "hardcore scene" (thought that could be confusing since people imagine sometimes it make them "pro-gamer-like". People who do hardcore content but don't have these kind of "ambition" don't necessary consider themselves as "hardcore" scene).
