I can't tell if you're pulling our leg or being serious, Garten. Just in case you are serious: Shiva Extreme is pretty easy once you know her dance, as are Lakshmi and Susano (though they're not available for BLU's yet). The same applies to the Blue Carnivale. Through trial and error, you'll eventually clear the fight. You don't really have to watch a video guide unless you are having trouble with something, or are playing with PuG's (joining a clear party and being the only one with no experience/knowledge of the fight ahead of time doesn't put you in a favourable light and is usually the quickest way to find yourself kicked and black listed).

Currently, there are no spells locked behind Savage content. Only Feather Rain and Glass Dance require some effort (I say some because they're only Extreme content and you don't have to be a full BLU party to learn them. Just need to be sync'd, alive and it's 100% learn rate).
