...Seriously, you actually looked? :P
Don't mind waiting, I'm in the PSO2 Alpha this week and the game is awesome and promising.

WoW lore is actually quite vast...albeit not as large as the entire Star Wars lore, but TOR isn't the entire Star Wars universe...Maybe TOR just does a better job at telling their story. But for those who pay attention and are into WoW lore they get a lot of value.
Although I'm sure there's some reason for them not releasing the patch notes yet, but having a few mods saying that there are patch notes and then saying they can't release them is cruel!
CRUEL!!! Should have just left us all ignorant and the rest grumpy.I understand that some people feel that information has slowed down as of late, and I apologize if some of the lore updates may not have been your particular cup of tea, but I am sure that what is on tap for next week will turn all that around.
There's a healthy amount of information coming pretty rapid fire, so I hope you guys can hang on a few days more. I don't want to overstep my bounds and list them out (I could probably expect my phone to start ringing after I hit post), but there are some meaty details coming soon. I think you'll all be pleasantly surprised to learn about some of the things coming in 1.21 that weren't previously announced or hinted at (I know I was reading the list
).
FYI this is not directed at the OP, but some of the angsting/responses which will not be pointed out.
I really don't think we need updates all the time. Everyone knows the direction the game is going, we have a road map, and i find it rather pointless for Yoshida to tell us every time he takes a dump or drops his cheeseburger. Just play the game and enjoy it, there's no reason to sit and angst over the next word from the producers. They'll get you the word when there's actually something substantial worth reporting. There is no point in announcing things piecemeal; it is infinitely better, and wiser, to compile tidbits and release them all at once when you can be sure of what you're saying. Otherwise if they announce something, and change it a few weeks later, everyone here will rage and complain. Practice some patience.
Imo everyone should be happy the 1.2 patch is being fixed so regularly. Imo thats whats most important. Sure new stuff is cool, but i dont need to know it until they are about to implement it. No one is keeping you in the dark, there just wasn't enough to say, or it hadn't been finalized. Players take the "communication" business way too far. Play the game, give suggestions, and wait it out. Btw lol @ at some of the conspiracy theories. I think some ppl have way too much time on their hands if all they can do is go "Why haz Yoshida no called me!!1?!11?"
Really, relax lol. So far SE has delivered, including giving you a very cheap game to play (way undervalued imo at the current monthly fee). Eat drink and be merry...i thought we could be through with the angsting when the non-subs got booted.
Sorry if I seem argumentative but there are free-to-play MMOs that are better than today's FFXIV.
Also, going to the opposite extreme then going reductio ad absurdum on the other end's point of view is a great way to be ignored/discarded by the people you are trying to reach.
