    equip throwing weopons/alternate stance

I think it would be cool instead of just having throwing weapons as a number on bar to be able to switch to a throwing weapon stance. Being in a throwing weapon stance would change your normal ws to throwing weapon ability's. Even if throwing weapons only had a couple WS with some debuffs on them it would be good imo.

(removed name of other game that has similar mechanics )has a system like this and its pretty fancy. I know well prob never get something like this but would you want it.I would.

i always thought is was silly that glad could throw knives when his hands are full. would be better to change stance and dual wield throwing daggers and have an enmity buff on them for grabbing hate back. You might argue this is easy mode, but then you have to change stance again to get shield and sword ready making combat that much more dynamic.

That is in fact a pretty neat idea. I think it would be a rather weird implementation, however, given the armory system. I mean, I don't say it wouldn't work, I'm saying I can't see how it'd work properly. In your idea it'd work like a complete classchange? Or would it work more like a secondary 'active mode' instead? If the latter, I think it'd run counter to the ability streamlining bit they did with moving the Shield skills from it's own 'ghost class' to Marauder's ability list. (then again I wouldn't either be against a future class who has some cross-classable throwing weapon WSes)

i was thinking a second active mode where when you switch all your ability's stay up but your ws change. Gw2 has a system like this were classes use multiple weapons on the fly.

when you switch stance you would lose your main hand weapons, you'd just put them into inactive mode while hold throwing weapons.

next to the skill bar there could be a stance switch icon to switch to ranged mode. We already have to ability to throw weapons, i just think it would be cool to put focus on it and have skills for the weapons.
