I really can't think of anything they wouldn't have hinted at.

Looking really far back there were some interviews where Yoshida talked about changes on the procedure of crafting. Id really like to see that. And, of course, static access to crafting leves.

- choco armor, new companies quest , housing (? not sure if it was 1.21)

Well, technically housing could fall under unannounced. It hasn't been on an official list yet, only mentioned in interviews.
