Switching jobs while in a duty

Nice non-sequitur. I thought we where talking about switching roles in dungeons. Not “muh healer deeps”. It’s almost like you don’t have any answer to most of my criticisms, like how this affects non multi-classers. You have just clung on to “the meta” comment from my initial post and focused on nothing else.

METa = Most Effective Tactics

"Meta" is the crux of your arguments. People being forced to multi-class is also "meta" that is being enforced. I gave example of people barely pointing out lack of healer dps as an indicator that people in this game don't care enough about meta (and ability to multi-class) to enforce it on PUG groups.
