Please stop falsely assuming such things and attempting to guilt trip other posters for having different thoughts and opinions to your own. I also find it fascinating how, across multiple threads, you consistently manage to place yourself on a pedestal as being so much more tolerant, concerned and righteous than everybody else. Given the frequency of your replies, though, it would seem you're able to access the game and forum without much issue - I'm glad that things are going well for you.

How is it fair when those who are actively playing have to miss out on participating in content because others aren't playing but already used their opportunity to participate in that content?

It isn't fair. Which is precisely why I don't care if I lose my house to the demolition timer. If I can't log in within a 45 day period then I'd rather my house be freed up and given to someone who can actually log in and play.

If you have to close support centers, then I think you should suspend the housing timers

They're closed to prevent employees being in close proximity to each other during a viral outbreak. The vast majority of players, however, will be staying at home.
