I'm pretty sure it's this syncing issue with the game engine. The 90 FPS cap got reverted and I think now we're getting the 11000002 error when things don't load/sync properly. Can't really tell though because the error code is not helpful at all when we can't look up what it means. After the last Radeon driver update though, they fixed a black screen issue I was having and I can see what's going on in the Windows Event Log. I'm seeing mostly error c0000005 (access violation) and sometimes c0000374 (heap corruption) which sounds in line with a syncing issue to me.

The post just mentions high FPS but I crash when I set my monitor to 100Hz and you crash at 144Hz even with FPS capped under 90, so refresh rate can also cause the issue. It's also setup dependent like the post mentions. I had a Vega 64 before this 5700XT and had no issues running the same monitor at 100Hz with 100 FPS cap.

Anyway, let me know if those settings work for you please. Thanks!

I have tried to lower the refresh rate to 100Hz and capping my fps to 100, tried to play with maximum settings, crashed. I tried to lower the settings and so far no crashing! FFXIV is not the only game where I crash, I play Overwatch and playing on medium to high settings seems to make the game crash with the message "Your Rendering Device Has Been Lost". I also play BO3 and the game just freezes randomly. Is it because of the GPU in my case you think? Note that i downloaded PassMark BurnInTest, a software that tests your hardware and checks if it's working or not, the results came just fine with no errors, so I'm really confused at this point on why these crashing keep on happening on several games.
