A PS4 Pro runs things just fine. A regular PS4 though? Yeah, that might be a bit of an issue, but they probably can't dump support from one while leaving the other intact, at least not until PS5 support is a thing and enough people have one to justify them dropping PS4 support entirely.

This is my point, ps 4 is too weak to handle any graphics upgrades to the game.
SE would have to change game engine and let the game run sub 30 fps (like eso) if they want to make it look nicer than it is, which is not going to happen, ever.
And they want to release the game on xbox one, which is even worse.
