As long as they don't turn dual guns into some ridicolous Matrix-y overblown jump around and twirl in circles while doing back flips I'm all for it.
That would actually require some effort though.
I seriously doubt this, but mental images of lalafel jumping backwards shooting dual pistols in slow motion just made me chuckle.

If they dont make new classes for new job, they will have to make a New Job for Every Class, which would be alot more work.
Also, Jobs aren't leveled up, they use the base classes level. That means there would be no added Playtime from linking these jobs to existing classes.

Another example of why just adding more jobs to existing classes is a bad idea. At least if they give us a new class that's something that will occupy our time for awhile leveling it up. Just tossing out another job is essentially a "goobue style" handout that you'll be done with in a month at most.
If they give us classes first, we'll be spending time to level it, and that will give them more time to develope the jobs that are associated with it. It's just the logical thing to do.
I'm sure there is a lot of them, but I'm not about to look for them lol.
Like Kiote said, jobs, job specific armor and job specific abilities will be obtained through quests. Job level however, will be the same level as its parent class.
