SE thanks for making this event not gender locked

Last year's flower crowns were essentially gender-locked. The base designs are different, and the male version is fully dyeable while half the flowers on the female version are permanently bright pink.

I don't understand the intention behind gender locking these at all. They're both flower crowns, look very similar and have the same basic shape. They could have made the playerbase even more happy by letting both genders use each of them.
