when i first started hearing about people hating Zeno i was confused. Zeno is by far my favorite villian in ff14

Fun thing about Zenos is when I posted a rule 63 (Gender-bend) version in a FFXIV FB group there were alot of comments (from guys) saying how they wished Zenos was female and thus would have been so much better as a character. I honestly don't think he would get as much hate if he was female instead of male...

Personally I would still hate him as a female, I just don't like the character from a writing standpoint, least with him being male he presents a minor bit of eye candy for me but that's about it.

He's a pretty boy swordsman, so of course he's gonna rank higher among the JP player base. Personality? Motive? Bah. Long as he could star in a shampoo commercial some could care less.

I don't care if I get any hate for this but Y'shtola is very bland in regards of a character and for someone who got bodied as much as Zero did in Megaman X, At least Zero is a enjoyable character that has a reason why people like him so much in the Megaman Community

People seem to ignore the fact that Cat Scion barely shows any emotion because she's constantly Stoic, I prefer characters that can display a wide variety of emotions and bring something to the party, Which is why I enjoy playing Tales because each Tales game had a balanced party that clicked together, Even in Berseria when Velvet was completely hellbent on revenge, The rest of cast made the experience enjoyable
