The problem is the title hunters are also hurting the group severely by sticking around as well. For some of the titles you want to actively avoid triggering spectral currents, which means these people are purposely letting spectral trigger fisher get away.

So people who want the titles are engaging in bad behavior no matter what they do? Why not blame the people who implemented conflicting goals to begin with? That's bad design. I saw the same kind of shaming attempts when PotD and HoH were new and some people were grinding silver chests for the weapons instead of speed running for xp. The fact is players have every right to get rewards that were intentionally put in the game and that doesn't make them a-holes.
