I'd like to throw in spell speed as well because it does nothing for regens no matter what that tool tip says. So that would leave crit and det.

Edit: I don't know how important casting faster means to everyone else, but as you need a ton of SpS to bring the GCD down, I just don't bother with it for that too.

But at least it does something. A small something, but still it does make casts faster, which means more mobility. Piety on the other hand, I can't remember the last time I ran out of mana on WHM. Probably just when synced down for stuff like AV and keeper of the lake.
