Things that other games did right~

I'm so bored in XIV... so here's a few things off the top of my head that I would steal from other games

WoW
- Flying mounts
- Proper Auction house
- Dungeon finder / Raid finder (the single greatest evolution to the mmo genre IMO)
- UI customisation / addons
- Fun achievements
- Responsiveness

Sword of the new world / Granado Espada
- Character AI system (AFK grinding)
- Teleport system (you create your own teleport points wherever you want and can go back to them)

Aion
- Character creation

Phantasy star universe
- Whips
- Slicers
- Room customisation / decorations / GACHA Machine!

Rappelz
- Dungeon ownership system, where guilds can fight for ownership of a dungeon and current owner gets paid taxes by users

SW:TOR
- Light sabers? ; ;
- Group quests / Dungeons / Group cutscenes

FFXI
- Thief, Ninja, Utsusemi
- Assault
- CoP missions (before nerfs) in terms of story and group challenges

Im usually not very judgmental but those were absolutely awful....
just jokin... I really don't agree with the bold excerpts but Whips, Thief, ninja, fun achievements and responsiveness sound like winners
