Even if we never get new hair/hats us viera and hrothgar players at least deserve an explaintion/conformation.

Are we getting it or not, and if so when? Not knowing the future of these two races is worse than knowing they'll never be updated. Same with the arr update, when is that coming out so i know when to tell my friends to actually play? Or how about those un-gender locked outfits, or maybe the egi glamors?
I get plans change, but fans being in constant darkness/false promises is getting out of hand. It's better to just tell us the truth than give us false hope. Im not saying "boo hoo we need these", i dont care if these features never come true, i just want a definitive answer for once.

I hope i dont sound too tilted, im really not that upset, it's more so just annoying the sheer amount of false promises fans have been told.
