Have you ever thought that some people might want to see their own DPS so they can improve? Geez.
Just give me a personal DPS meter, and allow players to toggle it on or off if they want and I'll be happy.

That's basically what I find so unfair in this game. Players that don't care get coddled and they have all means ingame to play the way they want, which, again, is great and I like it. But those of use who strife for improvement are left alone and have no chances to play the game the way we want to.
At least not in an official way, which is really sad tbh.
I don't know, man.
Yeah, that's why I do want a private/personal DPS meter. I really want to improve, and SSS just doesn't cut it because all you're doing is hitting a dummy, not doing any mechanics. I do SSS to practice my rotation, but it's not enough. A DPS meter would help me greatly. That's basically what I find so unfair in this game. However, I don't really support having a public/party DPS meter. Some people don't like that level of scrutiny and I think having a feature like that in game being public would most likely create an unpleasant atmosphere. We all know what people can be like online.
So yes to a private/personal DPS meter that only shows your DPS. I'm all about self improvement.
No to public/party DPS meters.
