The OPs (five year old) argument was flawed from the start: the story team dont make dungeons. Different teams would recycle an encounter for savage and another team would make quests. The OP could have argued that a Hildy quest would take time away from the MSQ but not a savage dungeon.

Besides haven't they made that now.

And again, people forget that you play on SE's servers and they know down to the last player who does what; plays what job; how long they play; and if they give up in a quest when they give up .

If SE decides to do a Hildy quest it's because players want them.
