    Apparently SE just doesn't care if people lose out. The problem is only getting worse now that ShB is out.

    Join a hunt train. Hunts are so organised by the playerbase now. You can get all the hunts in shadowbringers in one go, without missing anything

    I don't have any problems getting to those. It's the ones in ARR and HW that die to a cough that I have a problem getting checked off.

    Oh that's a different story, that really is a problem, and cross world isn't even needed to be brought up for them to be a problem
