A concern about hunts with the new cross-world feature

If the marks are being found and relayed on a regular basis, then there's no problem with hunting on your server.

Your problem is you aren't doing the hunting, you're waiting for someone else to do it. Try becoming one of the hunters instead.

Even if you're one of the hunters that still doesn't stop wanderers destroying the marks as soon as they arrive, plus they have the advantage of using 3rd party applications that announce exactly where the marks are and there's no wait time once they've all gathered. It's happened several times where we've found them crowded in front of a mark after one of us spawned it and before the rest of us can group up and call it out they've already pulled and annihilated it.

Unfortunately this is true. I was once one of the hunters and lost quite a few S ranks due to exactly that scenario. I have since stopped hunting for or going to all the S ranks sans Shadowbringers period.

I think they really ought to allow you to check whether or not a given S rank is dead at their respective hunt scholar because it's becoming common for certain ARR S ranks to disappear for weeks at a time lately.

They really need to make it so ones from other servers can't see or attack them. If they want do hunts. They should create there own hunt trains on there server. Quit wrecking hunts for others. Because of them now hardly can even see the hunt 99% time in battle from so many now being in one spot. World travel has wrecked hunts and needs to be fixed.

This. This is causing drama within the hunt community and it’s hard to see how SE failed to see this. The rift between players who legitimately try to spawn an S rank to the community feels that Square Enix is not listening in to the concerns and the early pullers or players who use a third party app is the one getting the ‘it’s okay pat’ ...
I just don’t understand why SE implement hunt rules because some of the spawn conditions are absurd that it’ll be almost not practical a local/casual player spawn these normally (I.e. use self destruct on pos). I just hope SE will notice this issue and see the rift between actual people trying to make the community better vs those who do not care and cause rift. Because at the end of the day, Spawning is a thankless job.

Join a hunt train. Hunts are so organised by the playerbase now. You can get all the hunts in shadowbringers in one go, without missing anything

I don't have any problems getting to those. It's the ones in ARR and HW that die to a cough that I have a problem getting checked off.

Oh that's a different story, that really is a problem, and cross world isn't even needed to be brought up for them to be a problem

I don't know how bad it is on other data centers, but for whatever reason a sizable collective of people has basically decided that they want to make hunting suck for everyone on the entire Aether data center, which includes deliberately despawning the Forbidden Rebellion minions. They make organized efforts to split up across different servers and try to spawn/kill as many of the S ranks as possible without giving any of the locals a chance to find/relay the hunts, and most of them are using third-party apps to immediately locate the hunts which makes them all the more difficult to deal with.

They should've foreseen the potential abuse that would arise from cross-world hunting and now they really need to do something about it.
