This isn't about clearing the content as fast as possible. It has everything to do with Japanese culture being based on respect, harmony, and politeness. Even if it takes longer to clear content on JP sometimes, it doesn't matter because they respect your time.This is how I see the first post, honestly:
'I like to clear the content as fast as possible. If somebody don't so things the same was as I do (maybe because they are new or more causal and not as skilled as I) it means they waste my time, because my opinion and my time is the most important! The game should've been made only for people like me!'
Seriously.
I respect every nation of FFXIV players and I understand there are pros and cons of every community, but I really think that creating public blacklists with bad players is awful. Just imagine you can't clear any content because you forgot to repair your equipment before one instance (as I did once in a few years of playing).
