Oh i speak english. I read it very well too. I'm also very immune to the standard complaining on this forum. I make judgements about the quality of the game all by myself. I don't need to agree with your point of view and I don't.

What's reduced is the rate of additional content of a certain type being added (mainly dungeon), not necessarily the amount of new content overall, and certainly not the amount of content overall (both old and new).

Also, head gear appearance itself is not content. The content there, if any, is glamour options, and just having two new races (even if gender-locked and with limited head gear appearance) is still more variety added to glamour options.
