One dungeon per patch!?

Maybe.... I abandoned Eureka early on, so I can't speak to the arsenal as content... but couldn't that be considered that we lost 4 dungeons so that they could make 1?

And 2 Ultimates and maybe other things as well, like Masked Carnival.
