I cried about the condition of the road in my city, I also cried about world peace.
My government listens to me and fixing the road. I don't know why they haven't done anything about world peace though.

There are as many players who like the new card system as those who hate it. You need to understand that the community encompasses players who don't come here or Reddit, along with all those on other servers and other data centers. I can also confidently say that the forums house the majority on naysayers and critics because they need a place to speak out their frustrations.
Thinking that reverting a change like the 2B bottoms means they should revert other changes like AST cards based on a flawed perception of the community voice is not only bad logic, it also reeks of entitlement.
I should also note that "based on community feedback" is utter BS. They knew they screwed up and they fixed it. It just so happened to line up with the current gripes happening pertaining to that gear.
Don't believe me, career healers would love to speak with you.
I just wish a sliver of the same amount of attention was directed at issues related to male characters. We were told that armour for antagonists wasn't going to be added (which is an odd stance to take when that limitation wasn't applied to Edda's outfit) and we were also told that it would be 'too hard' to add stubble for male characters despite it being used in promotional footage for the game. It's not as if there's a shortage of people playing male characters in this game and many other games with optional items on sale - such as Overwatch and Fortnite - don't neglect male characters in the same way.
As for the healer situation, I do miss how AST used to play. I liked the random element to cards - it made things more engaging.

Hear, hear!I just wish a sliver of the same amount of attention was directed at issues related to male characters. When the game's story becomes self-aware:

They prevented yet another calamity.
And I agree AST cards still suck.

its really is sad when SE talks about 2b butts in length at a live letter which is a feature they only introduced at 5.1 while healers who suffer from various issues such as fairy delays,AST cards, AST card system and controller based issues with it ,the dull and boring gameplay since 5.0 never received a pip in a live letter.
from how i see it, that shows what SE truly thinks about the healer jobs which is healers aren't important at all.
The problem with the new vs old AST card systems is that while the old 'balance or GTFO' system was definitely broken, they didn't even try fix it. They just gave up, scrapped the whole thing, and walked away. Are we really supposed to believe there's no middle ground between 'fishing for balance' and 'all cards are balance'?
Forget about cards, what about Gunbreaker sounds, its just a simple reroll of a patch and they completely ignored it.

Honestly I think this complaint is a bit of a meme more than an issue. I just finished leveling gnb, and the sound effects that people complain about sounded just fine to me.
