Recently came back to the game and exlusively playing Dancer (lvl68) now. While I've been enjoying the job a lot, I feel some kind of a twist is missing from the rotation and/or supporting tools. Switching the dancing partner quickly mid-fight sounds like an interesting idea, which could give more room to higher skilled players and better coordinated groups in regards to synchronizing the support + bigger cooldowns. I think that would be fairly easy to balance, too.

Kind of an off topic question, but do any other Dancers find the step gauge kind of pointless? It doesn't provide any kind of unique information which could not be found from somewhere else.

The Step Gauge lets you look ahead to know what order to press the buttons in instead of waiting till after you have pressed the button to know which button is going to come next.
