I successfully cleared Dragon's Neck and got 4-tonze weight but not snort. I am not sure why. The one I've had trouble with in synced groups is Shiva. In many of my attempts there has only been one tank which isn't really workable synced, since she stacks debuffs on the main tank that a second tank is supposed to take her so they drop off the first tank.
