Suggestion: Filter out Armory from Leve / Quest turn-in

I didn't see a place to post "Suggestions". Did I miss that?

I'm doing leves while I level all my DoH / DoL jobs. A great annoyance, which comes up for almost every turn-in, is that the Armory is included. I'd like to filter this out so that only the Inventory is seen. I'm using the check - Store all newly crafted items in Inventory - of course.

But what I don't see is a check for "Eliminate Armory from Quest/Leve Turnins"
So every time I do a leve turn-in I get some options, some from Inventory, and some from Armory and I can't tell which is which. I don't want to turn in the Armory item, since it's part of a Gear set for another job, or will be shortly as I level that job. I can't easily tell whether the item in the list is inventory or armory unless of course the Spirit bound is not zero.

This is a pain. Doubles the nonsense for how long it takes to turn in leves.
Haven't other folks noticed this as a pain? As long as your leves make Battle stuff, then it's no problem, but when leves are making crafting tools, as they often do, then it's esp a pain to have this happen.

Can we please have a check to eliminate Armory from turn-ins? It's a natural feature to go with "Storm newly crafted items in inventory" Maybe it should just be a secondary feature of that same checkbox.

Did I miss a way to do this?
    Thanks,
    :wg

The only way I can imagine for the game not to go to your Armoury Chest is if you don't have that turn-in in your Armoury Chest. I can see it as a minor annoyance, but once you move past the leves that you would have as equipment, it won't be a problem anymore.

One thing that may help you out, is to only do the triple turn-in quests instead of all the leves at a time. You can tell which one it is by the different icon in the corner of the quest window; these will allow you to turn in three quests for the price of one leve, and it made it a LOT easier to manage all my equipment doing things that way on my quest to omnicrafting.

Have they changed the leve turn-in window? The last time I did any leves I got to select the exact items I wanted to hand out from my inventory or armoury screen. Same for normal quests, grand company turn-ins etc.

Edit: Actually I did a FSH leve last week because I randomly happened to catch fish suitable for it. I'm pretty sure the window was still the same.

Well, as you level your DoH and Leves won't this continue to be a problem? In general I just don't want to turn in stuff from my armory chest.

Yes, you can pick, but I can't see an easy way to tell among the items whether they are in the Inventory or Armory. Unless, like I said, one is partially spirit bound.

I mean, when you go to return a leve, doesn't it literally open your inventory where you can pick the item? Right-click the item and select "hand over" (or something like that). There might have been some sort of quick-select menu if you click the return slot, but I never use it.

If your gear is part of a saved equipment set, doesn't it show a little symbol on the item making it easy to see which is not to be touched?

Can gear be thrown into Chocobo Saddlebag, or is that just regular items?

Oh. Maybe I have the answer. Right click on the item in the Inventory to turn it in. I have been R-clicking on the item in the turn-in dialog, and this makes the turn-in ambiguous. I'll try that next time and see if that works better.
