I just wish that you can save spells in slots when you change "active set"

There's a way to do this using macros and class hotbars. Basically you build the BLU hotbars on Gladiator as an example, and then use a macro to swap your BLU hotbar with your GLA hotbar. Not the best solution, but it does do what you are asking for.

I have to say, running content as groups of BLU is pretty enjoyable. A lot of the new abilities are pretty useful. Some are very niche/basically copies of each other but I don't mind too much as there's room to build things to one's tastes.

So, what BLU got this Patch?
You know, it almost feels like a normal job. 60 rotation is pretty fun. I am still deciding if i actually want Knife for super easy weaves or not, since it's melee only, but JUSTICE KICK exists. That also includes Ram's Voice for Umbral Libra, since all other options kinda suck at the moment.

What it needs is some improvements here and there.
The biggest of them is Tank Mimicry. For example under Tank Mimicry Mighty Guard gives +30% max HP. Damage penalty reduced to something reasonable like 20-30%. So it works more or less like a legit tanking stance. Better mitigation tools. Or at least Cactguard being able to be used on self. Ideally as instacast spell. Maybe some improvements to damage shields abilities. I.e. Ice Spikes and Veil of the Whorl.

Healer BLU could use some touch ups, so its not there just to make actual healing spells work. Still, White Wind is fantastic if used properly, but something like bigger single target shield would be amazing.

Angel Whisper could use a recast reduction. Or maybe it's fine as is, when more people actually learn it. Being in 8 man content when only you can cast it has been too often as of now.
Haven't touched Savage or Coils yet. But in "normal" content it's pretty great. Also BLU's burst is stupidly good.

Now, I think BLU is OP, just thinking of it being a normal job it can completely substitute to all other jobs if BLU were Lv 80 by now. I mean, why would someone want any other Job over BLU if it was a normal job?

I don't understand the fuss over BLU being able to get spells with parties. It all just tells the devs to convert these instance spells into overworld/totem/marked carnivale rewards. This is not the problem, it SHOULD be like that.
All BLU needs is a roulette to it with a weekly reward and that's it. This game is all around the roullete, and everything that out of it is dead on arrival if does not have a relic attached to it.

If we take in the lucky bancho numbers than you are the minority (and that does not even show if people enjoyed it, just that they have leveled it to 50). Seemingly SE also had no trust in that content since they now put one mount (which was wanted by quite some people), an emote and a minion behind it. Something which is often done to incentive the people to play it.

The thing is: If they had gone the way a lot of us wanted to (normal job+ being able to gather all the skills extra on top of that) you still would have been able to have fun with it. Just that then others might also have fun with it too..I mean its not like all tank runs, all healer runs, all job x runs exist already, so having an all blue run is nothing special.

I'm obviously not talking about savage and ex, I'm talking about the most popular content, roulletes. Outside hardcore content, all would go BLU.
What a healer is there for when BLU has White wind? No healer can beat that. And now it even have AoE and single target heals for when his HP is low to use white wind again.
Blu tank is pathetic? Diamond back puts any normal tank into uselessness. On top of that BLU tank can offer support to damage such as Condensed Libra, while normal tanks can't do that anymore with slashing resistance.
What DPS would stand with 500 pot from Revenge Blast? I'm sure they all would be with less than 20% hp to this. There's no way BLU dps is bad now with his capabilities.

Yeah no, roulletes and such dont really have such delicate balance, I already regularly do those with 4 dps or 4 tanks and still clear them pretty fast, theyre so easy I doubt a broken class would make too much difference. And tank BLU is pathetic, it does next to no damage and has to rely on diamondback to survive, a tanks job is not to just hold aggro and not die, its to lay out some damage too
