Literally had someone a this week with the healer mimicry on and didn't cast a single healing spell. At that point, just go dps.
Veteran healers don't care if we need to heal, but right now we don't. We want interesting things to do during the downtime other than a 30s dot and a single filler spell that hasn't changed from lvl 4 to lvl 90.
Dead DPS do no DPS. Raised DPS do 25/50% lower DPS. Do the mechanics and don't stand in bad stuff.
Other games expect basic competence, FFXIV is pleasantly surprised by it. Other games have toxic elitism. FFXIV has toxic casualism.[/LIST]
Had problems with a bad BLU "healer" when I was trying to get the White/Black Knight spells from the Vault. Refused to essentially heal me despite having Healer mimicry, and we wiped numerous times at the first boss. She tried to blame me for the deaths, when I'm sitting at low health for an entire Diamondback duration without getting healed. I finally just started doing the healing myself, and we got past it. I'm still not sure why she refused to heal despite coming into the dungeon with Pom Cure, the healer mimicry, and stating she'd heal.
"Tank" BLUs...they really need to spam The Look a lot more if they plan on holding the aggro, I've seen a bunch not use it and then lose the aggro so quickly because of the primal spell opener.

Spamming White Wind would drain your MP quickly, that's why BLU tank should just use it at the beginning to gain lead on aggro then just spam The Look. Save MP for Diamondback. Alternatively they can also equip Blood Drain, which gives back decent MP.
