3.0 healer was fun, you had 2-3 DoTs, ground AoE, Virus, Regens, Shields and some unique buffs across the 3. Homogenization is balancing but also super boring. Now that all the jobs within a role are like 80% identical kits, maybe peel back a layer or two and diversify them gradually again moving forward? The way it is now, every job has an answer to a similar skill within the same role with few if any being truly unique outside of animation.
