    Yeah, doesn't hold a candle to how good tbn and intervention are. It's not awful, it's just underwhelming which has obviously been done deliberately on the basis that warrior burst is like being hit by a ton of bricks.

    Add in that now Inner Chaos trades in it's extra BG for an old Full Swing effect (10% Damage Taken Up) it feels like they want to keep it as is to avoid making it too good with an insane healing ability to boot.
