You can be kicked for any reason or no reason with little or no notice or even after the fact of being warned, FYI the members who were kicked were already associated with the past members kicked so either way we would still get harassed even if it was a different outcome and just so you know I had every reason to kick them for what has already happened.
You said they knew the rules. Do you have these rules posted for your members to read when they first join? If you do then by all means kick!
