I don't think it'll be too much of a problem for the big servers outside of the evenings and weekends with people's schedules, honestly.

I agree that a point boost for small pops is a great idea, and I feel dumb for not thinking of it myself. The Fates will be okay though. They have a 30 minute timer, and they only involve like 3 or so steps I think? They should be able to finish those. It's the progress outside of the fates that had people I talked to worried. If they find a work around (like increasing the points/bonus reward incentives or a turn in NPC outside the Firmament) I think that would tie things up about as neatly as can be hoped for by now.

The only thing I'd personally miss then is the social aspect, but that's what cross-world linkshells are for.

Thank you! I actually had forgotten I could do that (it's been a while since I posted here). Sorry for the confusion.

Can't take credit for that idea at all but I liked it as soon as I saw it. It would let people still help their friends servers without bogging down the instanced zone, for sure.

I realize I can't really prove it, and I appreciate that folks are willing to give me the benefit of the doubt on that front, but my main take away is just that there are and were people trying to help. Even now people on the Discord were suggesting pooling supplies for Siren, and macros and resources are being passed around/shared. So it's not all toxic and selfish, and I just wish more people focused on that part. But I get that it's frustrating, especially in the moment. Personally I came home from work and called myself getting in half an hour early yesterday on my home server when I experienced my lock out. I saw people being rude in shout chat and I agree that it was the vocal majority.

Overall, while I do see some of the things being talked about in forums (*insert expletive here* being mocking to locked out players/natives expressing their frustrations, problems with loading the fate due to congestion, etc.), my experience on the two servers I've split my time between, and the discord has just been overall a little different. Most of what I've seen has been people trying to be helpful. I'd like to see it continue, is all. Once the momentum was there people were having a good time.
