I make my rouls everyday without finding this kind of persons.
Anyway as a mentor im always happy to help them. Aside of Lalas, they arent people at all.

Like previously stated, this is why we have tales to tell to.
These players, while giving a bad experience, does spice up your day with anything other than "get in, clear dungeon with routine-like behavior as if you are doing a punch card 9-5 work." Bad stuff give you a reason to vent out in tales, for shits and giggles and possibly sympathy.
Its like adventure with its ups or downs. Sometimes, you have obnoxious experience of going into deserts, underground, then a ceruleum mine; or a nice experience like moving into new wedding ceremony of two adventurers Edda and Avere.
Personal 3 Mantras as a White Mage:
1) BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD LILY, HOLY FOR THE SPARKLY THRONE!!!
2) The Kupo does not care where the Blood flows, only that it flows.
3) I will not heal you, I am prolonging your suffering so that I can nourished my Blood Lily.

Actually, I was wondering how often someone comes here and starts a thread after having just one or two bad runs instead of posting their frustrations in the duty finder thread. These threads are also one-sided, so it is always tough for me to sympathize, especially when you notice certain patterns here on the forums in comparison to what we commonly go through when using the DF.
There is no recent flux of bad players. I'd sooner wager towards declining tolerance levels for PUGs. If I started a thread every time another player pissed me off, or I felt a run was bad, the community would probably run me out of here. However, I find that I avoid spending energy needlessly by simply rolling with the punches, accept that I chose to use the DF, and move on.
Griping about bad players in DF is like griping about long wait times at the DMV.
I wouldn't say I've noticed an influx of anything, but after being away for the game for a while and playing another MMO I can safely say that FFXIV truly has the most snowflake community ever. I've ran into a fair share of rude, bad or trolling people on the other games I've played but mannn does this game take the cake for people who throw fits if they even remotely think you are "attacking" them. Saying " Hey, could you help with dps?" to a healer has already netted me several triggered responses. I feel at this point I have to word myself extra careful like "Hey, if not too burdening for you, could you maybe, totally up to you, it's okay if you do not, help with x? Not trying to force you or anything, you can play however you want. Just asking. Please?:3" as to not trigger a snowflake and get myself into some temp ban. --"

People generally don't take criticism lightly. Its the same in every MMO though and wouldn't say FF14 has the weakest community.I wouldn't say I've noticed an influx of anything, but after being away for the game for a while and playing another MMO I can safely say that FFXIV truly has the most snowflake community ever. You tell someone they aren't performing well and they think they are and they'll argue their point or just sit there and ask to be vote kicked from the group. Happens in every MMO, people just don't like being told they are bad.

I honestly haven’t come across this and I have been running a lot of dungeons lately. I’m on a Japanese data centre maybe that’s the difference? Sometimes I see sprouts or others new to the dungeon making mistakes and if I’m new to one I make mistakes but overall I rarely see wipes. Usually it goes very smooth.

Bad players in DF precede jump potions by a couple years. This is why level jump potions should not exist. Also why we need a better alternative for helping people learn to play the game that is not "Hall of the novice". Many don't know it exist. And harder content like Shinryu at the end of SB. The mass amount of complaints on these very forums "Shinryu is too hard" just baffled me. Story content that actually required some coordination and it's too difficult. Content designed with the purpose of forcing you to learn to play the game the way it was intended, tactfully.
Shinryu wasn’t difficult. He was harder than Thordan, but that’s not saying much. It’s pretty easy to top Thordan normal mode.Shinryu was hard, SE even stated they wanted SB to have a tougher ending than Heavensward because even at release that was a cakewalk and became even more laughably so after there first major update after Heavensward launch.
That doesn't mean Shinryu was beyond beatable mind you but it was far harder to clear upon launch than even Hades that ShB brought us.
I will admit I actually don't get Shinryu in trials much, haven't really dealt with him since the beginning of SB so I have no clue how his fight is now (I mean sure you can't cheese the mechanics but it's safe to say that fight is more than likely easier now than it was upon SB launch).
